Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special order products
• Products damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged. In such cases Water Junction will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
